Explore the real world, catch Pokémon, collect useful items, and become a stronger Trainer through battles and exploration 💥.
Create Your Trainer
Download the game, sign in with a supported account, customize your Trainer, choose a nickname, and enable location services so the map can track your surroundings.
Explore the Map
The in-game map reflects your real-world location. PokéStops appear as blue markers, Gyms as tall towers, and nearby Pokémon show up around you. Tap any location or Pokémon to interact with it.
Catch Pokémon
Tap a wild Pokémon to enter the capture screen. Swipe a Poké Ball toward the shrinking target circle for the best chance of catching it. Use Berries and stronger Poké Balls when facing more difficult Pokémon.
Visit PokéStops and Gyms
Walk close to a PokéStop and spin its Photo Disc to receive Poké Balls, Potions, Gifts, and other useful items 🎁. Visit Gyms to battle opposing teams or place your own Pokémon there to defend them.
Power Up Your Team
Spend Stardust and Candy to strengthen or evolve your Pokémon. Transfer duplicate Pokémon to Professor Willow to earn additional Candy, and manage your storage by removing unnecessary items.
Join Raids and Events
Battle powerful Raid Bosses with other Trainers, compete in the GO Battle League, complete research tasks, and participate in seasonal events to earn special rewards and encounter exclusive Pokémon 😄.
